An Effortless Winter Outfit

There is no place more magical than New York City during the holidays. The lights, the sights, and the general festive energy of the city makes it even more fun to visit, which is why I made it a point to travel there this month!

Of course, NYC winter style always inspires me fashion-wise, and this look black winter coat outfit I wore was one of my favorites. The long, double-breasted wool coat is perfect for winter weather, especially because it falls way below the knees at mid-shin. For extra warmth, I wore a new-to-my-wardrobe funnel neck sweater that is not only gorgeous and versatile but extremely cozy for winter weather. With a good pair of denim and the right black booties, this outfit kept me warm and comfortable the entire day while we explored the city.
